I'm not sure why, but @NanoCelllab found a pervasive issue where headers that start with a number (ie
### 1. TEXTor## 1. **TEXT**) do not get substituted in properly in sphnix-intl, but ones that don't start with a number directly (ie## **1. TEXT**) do get substituted properly. Since we mostly bold headers anyway, just moving the bold symbols (or adding, in one or two places where no bold symbol) fixes this.Also, a couple small typo fixes while I was at it.
